Mixed conditions greeted the drivers for the pre-finals and finals, and it played a hand in the results on track and in the championship. The Junior X30 drivers were in action at Wackersdorf for round 3 of the Iame Euro Series. With 41 drivers taking to the track, there was bound to be some action. Qualifying saw Maximus Mayer taking the top spot in session 1, beating Oliver Bearman by just over 1 tenth, meaning Bearman would have to settle for 2nd. The 3rd round of the Iame Euro Series rolled into Wackersdorf, Germany with 31 drivers ready to do battle in the Mini X30 class. Qualifying showed exactly how close the field would be, with the top 3 in qualifying separated by less than a tenth. Fastest was Sebastian NG, lapping the German circuit in 56.423 seconds.
